We are pleased that you have
chosen, or are considering, the Tuscan House for your special
event.
You will find our facilities unique and our
pleasant staff accommodating and helpful. We invite you to
call for all specifics. After you select the Tuscan House
as your function facility, we require a nonrefundable $200.00
deposit. The deposit needs to be made a cash, check or credit
card. This deposit will be credited to the food and beverage
total of your function. Final payment for all functions will
be required 7 days prior to the function.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and
Discover for function balance payment.
Menu choices are due 14 days prior to your
function. Guaranteed guest counts are due 7 days prior to
your function. This will be considered the minimum attendance
figure for billing purposes. The number is not subject to
reduction after the 7-day deadline. All prices are subject
to an additional 5% MA sales tax and 18% service fee.
All
buffets require a minimum of 30 people.
All prices are based on a buffet function
for 30 people or more.
If there are less than 30 people on a buffet,
please add $1.00 per person.
Per health department reasons, we do not allow
any packaging of food from buffets to go home.
There is no minimum number for plated dinners.
There is a $25.00 cake cutting fee for the
party, regardless of size.
Liquor/Food Policy: No food or beverage of
any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the premises
by the patrons or any guests. Occasion cakes are the only
exception.
Prices are subject to change to meet the rising
cost of food, beverage and operating expenses.
No taping, stapling, nailing, tacking, or
hanging of decorations on walls.
$100 cleaning fee for any and all umbrella
and or confetti.
